Verifact Markets

Privacy

Last updated 18 August 2026

This notice covers this website, verifact.markets. It does not cover the Verifact Markets trading service, which is a separate product with its own privacy policy.

What this site does

Two things. It measures how the page is used, and it takes an email address from anyone who asks for early access. There is no account to create here, nothing to sign in to, and no trading.

Your email address

If you submit the early-access form, your address is sent to our own server and forwarded to the system we use to manage the early-access list. We store it so we can email you an invitation when access opens, and to send product updates about the launch.

We do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone outside the providers described below.

Analytics

We use PostHog, hosted in the United States, to understand how people find and use this page. It records page views, clicks and other interactions, the page you arrived from, and general information about your browser, device and approximate location derived from your IP address. It sets cookies to recognise your browser across visits.

PostHog also records sessions — a replay of how a visit moved through the page. Text you type into form fields is masked before it leaves your browser and is not part of those recordings.

Analytics requests are routed through this site's own domain rather than sent to PostHog directly. That is a technical measure to keep the measurements accurate; the data still goes to PostHog.

If you submit the early-access form, your email address is attached to your analytics record from that point, so activity that was anonymous becomes associated with you. Before that, no profile is created.

Server logs

This site runs on Vercel, which logs requests as part of serving them. The early-access endpoint also counts recent submissions per IP address in memory, to limit automated abuse; that count is not stored and disappears within a minute.

Turning analytics off

Browser-level tracking protection, an ad or tracker blocker, or a Do Not Track setting will all stop or reduce what is collected here. Clearing cookies for this site removes the identifier used to recognise your browser.

Removing your data

Email support@verifact.markets and ask us to remove your address from the early-access list, or to delete the analytics record associated with it. You do not need to give a reason.

Changes

If what this site collects changes, this page changes with it, and the date at the top will say when.
